Valentino’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection, presented at Paris’ École Nationale, was a testament to minimalist elegance and the celebration of the female form. The “L’Ecole” collection liberated women from standard constraints and gendered ideals. American model Kaia Gerber led the charge, opening the show in a sculptural mini-dress that tastefully revealed glimpses of skin. Clean, white-toned, strong-shouldered suits and creatively crafted textiles featuring birds in flight demonstrated Piccioli’s artistic prowess.

Valentino’s new Valentino Garavani Vlogo Moon bag, featuring golden chain handles and a half-moon-shaped silhouette, made its debut, complementing the collection’s aesthetic seamlessly. The runway exuded confidence, honoring women worldwide and redefining traditional fashion norms.
Incorporating live performances by British artist FKA Twigs, the show transformed into an intense ASMR experience, captivating both the eyes and the senses. Valentino’s SS24 collection stood as a powerful statement, seamlessly blending modernity, elegance, and empowerment on the prestigious Paris Fashion Week stage.
