Fundamentally, we are confident that you’ll be pleased with the Calay Store’s offerings. That’s because we take special care to guarantee that they are planned and constructed to meet your needs. However, we recognise that occasionally a product may not live up to your expectations. We ask you to consider the following conditions for returning a product in the unlikely event that they apply to you:
Within 14 days of the day you receive an undamaged product, simply send it back to us with all of the accessories and packaging that came with it, along with the original receipt (or gift receipt), and we’ll either swap it for you or issue a refund using the original payment method. Please take care of the following as well:
- Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.

Please review the Shipping & Pickup page to learn more about how and when you will receive the items you purchased from the Calay Store. Calay is not liable for late delivery because several variables beyond the company’s control may impact your order after it leaves our premises. We will, however, to ensure that the delivery goes smoothly, we will work with you.
The risk of loss or damage to the product(s) passes to you when you, or a person you designate, obtains physical possession of the goods since Calay handles the dispatch of the items you buy from the Calay Store. When the product(s) is(are) picked up by the carrier from our warehouse, title in the product(s) shall pass to you. You will now get an email with the shipment notification. Please get in touch with Calay to handle any delivery-related difficulties.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Calay reserves the right to change product or service prices at any moment and also to correct any pricing errors that may have occurred. On the Payment & Pricing page, you may find more details on prices and sales tax. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product or service at Calay, contact a support specialist to request a refund.
Please feel free to visit a Calay Retail Store or call the Calay Contact Center at +1(800)-601-4078 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price if Calay lowers its price on any Calay-branded product within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your product. You must get in touch with Calay within 14 calendar days of the price change to get a refund or credit. Please be aware that this does not include temporary price reductions like those that happen during major sales occasions like Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
The prices displayed are in US dollars. Please be aware that the purchase price may change due to currency rates if you choose to pay for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card. You might also be charged foreign conversion fees and charges by your bank or credit card provider, which could raise the final cost of your purchase. Please speak with your bank or credit card company about these charges.
Calay reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order and restrict the number of orders that it accepts. Before accepting or processing any orders, Calay may additionally request more qualifying information. We’ll send you an email order confirmation as soon as we receive your order, whether it was placed online or over the phone. An order confirmation does not, however, represent Calay’s acceptance of your order or a confirmation of our offer to sell; it only serves to let you know that we received your order. After receiving your order, Calay retains the right to accept or deny it for any reason at any moment. If Calay cancels an order after billing you, Calay will reimburse you for the amount charged.
Calay has the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are ordering products or services for resale. Calay only sells and ships products and services to end-user customers.
Product Availability and Limitations
Calay may have to restrict the selection of products available for purchase due to the demand for some of our products and/or supply issues. We’re developing everything as quickly as we can, so trust us. Even after you place an order, Calay has the right to alter the available quantity at any time. Additionally, there can be times when Calay acknowledges your order. but then realizes it can’t deliver the requested item. If we are unable to provide a product you ordered, Calay will cancel the order and issue a complete refund.
