Fabrika is not a traditional factory but a high-performance center for companies seeking to improve their organizational culture through training in key skills and principles. According to its director, Juan Mancisidor, Fabrika’s proposal is based on the idea that the better the people in a company are, the better the results. For this reason, Fabrika focuses on the personal and professional growth of workers, who are considered the driving force behind the activity and an indispensable element for achieving business objectives. Team transformation is achieved through principles such as trust, participation, and leadership, resulting in the well-being of the group and, therefore, of the company as a whole.
Fabrika began in January 2021 as a conjunctural project but has evolved into a corporate training space with a staff of 12 trainers from consulting, coaching, human resource management, and sports. The Fabrika method was inspired by the process of change towards a new business culture that the employers’ association promoted in 2014 and currently serves a hundred companies or organizations, mainly in Gipuzkoa, but with the intention of expanding nationally and internationally. In addition to working with companies, Fabrika also works with city councils, educational centers, business schools, researchers, and professional trainers.
The inauguration of Fabrika’s new building, located in the Miramon Technology Park in San Sebastian, with five floors and 18 rooms for use, is the launch of a project that seeks to improve business culture through the training of key skills and principles. Fabrika’s proposal is aimed at companies of any size, activity, or legal form, and its focus on the well-being and personal growth of workers sets it apart from other business schools or business training centers.
